1 Introduction
Hydraulic system leakage fault diagnosis method is an important development direction of advanced technology application in hydraulic system. It is mainly used to detect hydraulic fluid leakage on the hydraulic system. The hydraulic system leakage fault diagnosis has the following characteristics: first, a leak detection system is installed on the hydraulic system, and the detection of leakage is completed under specific conditions. Secondly, the leak detection system is used to detect leaks in the pressure line and actuator section of the hydraulic system. Thirdly, the diagnosis of the leak detection system can be used to find the leakage of the flaw or reveal that the fail exists. Fourthly, the economy and safety of the operation of the hydraulic system can be improved by reducing the leakage of the system.
2 Research Methods
The research methods adopted in this paper mainly focus on quantitative analysis and comprehensive analysis methods. Quantitative analysis methods are mainly used to analyze the size, structure and parameters of the leakage fault of the hydraulic system. The comprehensive analysis methods include fuzzy identification, neural network, and expert system. Fuzzy identification is used to identify and analyze the data of the leakage fault parameters. Neural network can be used to identify the leakage fault parameters more accurately. Expert system is used to assist engineers to make judgments through quantitative and qualitative analysis of the leakage fault parameters.
3 Fault Diagnosis System
The fault diagnosis system of hydraulic system leakage fault mainly includes three parts, which are diagnostic system software, distributed input/output device, and hydraulic actuator system. The diagnostic system software is used to process and analyze the fault data of the hydraulic system. The distributed input/output device is used to detect the leakage fault of the hydraulic system and collect the corresponding parameters. The hydraulic actuator system is used to check whether the leakage fault will cause the performance of the hydraulic system to change or not.
4 Decision-Making Strategy
The decision-making strategy of the hydraulic system depends on the accurate identification and analysis of the data of the leakage fault parameters. Through analysis and comparison of many research results, the diagnostic system can be set up and the diagnostic process can be conducted to understand the leakage fault of the hydraulic system. The results of this paper provide a comprehensive and effective theoretical guidance for fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.
